Ken’s hands-on experience includes brand management, sales management, strategic planning and talent development with three Fortune 100 companies. You will readily know the brands where Ken held P&L responsibility and direct supervision for marketing, selling, new product development, test marketing and new product introduction/rollout.

Following military service in Vietnam, post-graduate study in law and an MBA, Ken Lerman as Brand Manager/Director began building well known Fortune 100 businesses and brands for H.J. Heinz (Heinz 57 Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Worcestershire) and Johnson & Johnson Baby Products Company (Disposable Diapers, Baby Bath, Soap and Gifts Sets). There he developed Value Added Business Strategies which he brought to Pizza Hut/Pepsico as Director of Pizza Marketing as the company successfully grew its dominant market share and strong profitability. Ken then applied his Value Added Business Strategies within the Mexican quick service restaurant category where he helped direct the business growth of the leading central U.S. brand, Taco Tico, which sold in 1988.
